Terms of Service

  • Pricing: 450 USD

  • Package Inclusions:

  • All listed VRoid models, original Live2D model and its assets.

  • Branding:

  • A VTuber name containing Quin, Estelle, Star or similar terms is prohibited.

  • Copyright & Redistribution:

  • The Live2D models, artworks and other assets must be credited to their respective creators. Similarly, the VRoid models, especially those that source from Booth, must not be claimed as original works by either me, the seller, or the future owner of the model.

  • 2300 JPY / 17 USD* from the total package price paid by the buyer will be directed to Booth to repurchase assets that cannot be redistributed or are not free. This way, we can honor the original creator and the models that use these assets can be used freely by the new owner.

  • Delivery of Files and Assets:

  • All files will be delivered via a Google Drive link.

  • Artworks and assets delivered will contain their artist names or twitter handles on the file name or folder name so that they may be credited accordingly.

  • Payment Type:

  • All payments will be done through PayPal or GCash.

  • Installments are allowed for up to 3 months and refund will not be provided should the buyer decide to cancel after the installment has started.

  • Please take your time to decide if you really want the model!
